VIVE60

Our VIVE60 classes use interval weight-training (IWT) principles to rapidly produce substantial results! Interval weight training combines strength training, bodyweight movements, and cardiovascular endurance principles into one functional workout. Our instructors will lead you through a complete dynamic warm-up, dedicated strength work, and a scientifically structured full-body conditioning finisher.

VIVEndurance

Our VIVEndurance classes utilize long-duration workouts to maximize your aerobic capacity. This is the Spartan Race of class options! We mix our interval weight-training principles with a heavy dose of cardiovascular conditioning to create one sinisterly-effective workout! This class will get you ready for local distance runs, Ruck events, Spartan Races, or other long-duration events!

VIVEStrong

Our VIVEStrong classes allow you to take a deep dive into the art of Olympic Weightlifting. The Clean, Jerk, and Snatch are the three most technically demanding movements with a barbell. It is paramount for both safety and efficacy that you master the fundamentals of these lifts. Our coach will spend extended time breaking down these movements as well as providing a framework of exercises aimed at improving each individual piece of the Olympic Lifts. This class will not only improve your strength, it will make you a more injury-resistant lifter.
